Privacy
What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to build your website and to talk to you about it. Nothing else.
What we collect
- What you tell us about your business — your name, your trade, your area, your opening hours, anything else you send.
- How to reach you — your email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- Basic visit information — which pages get looked at and roughly where in the world visitors are. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
To build your website, to send you the link, and to answer you when you get in touch. That's the whole reason.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't hand it to advertisers. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
We never ask for card details before your website is built. When you do pay, the payment is handled by a regulated payment provider — your card number never touches our systems.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, for as long as we look after your website, plus whatever period the tax rules require us to keep records.
If you don't go ahead, we delete what you sent us within 90 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@web99.ie and we'll deal with it within 30 days.
If you're not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work properly and to count visits. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
